Manage Funding Sources and Procurement Categories

This section allows you to add the available funding sources within the oganization and define procurement categories based on the specific activities conducted.

  1. Funding Sources

Adding a New Funding Source:

  • Press the “Add Funding Source” button.
  • Enter the name of each funding source.
  • Save the information.

Editing an Existing Funding Source:

  • Navigate to the funding source you want to modify.
  • Edit the name.
  • Save the changes.
  1. Procurement Categories

Adding a New Category:

  • Press the “Add Procurement Category” button.
  • Define categories based on the institution’s activities: equipment, cleaning products, stationery, food, medications, etc.
  • Save the information.

Editing an Existing Category:

  • Navigate to the procurement category you want to modify.
  • Edit the description or relevant details.
  • Save the changes.

Ensure that funding sources and procurement categories are well-defined to facilitate the budget management process and procurement in line with the institution’s activities.
